CampusJobsHub acts as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or accuracy of every listing. Employers are solely responsible for their job posts, hiring decisions, and compliance with labour laws. When you apply, your application data is transmitted to the employer as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Employer Obligations
Employers agree to:
- Post only genuine, current job and internship openings
- Not charge application fees or request payment from candidates
- Comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in India
- Provide accurate company information and respond to applications in good faith
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, comments, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
- Harass other users or post spam, malware, or harmful code
- Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMPUSJOBSHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
